Wrote two separate reports on matters from in game (League of Legends), both my reports got a copy and paste looking response. Felt like I wasn't getting the support I deserved even with details on what happened. Got banned for 14 days for what I feel was petty, gamer JamesZero kept sexually harassing myself and team mates with intent of or mentioning seeking individuals out and forcing his genitals upon us. Hope he gets banned for unsportsmanlike behavior. And Kent my Riot support tech needs to work on communication and not copy and pasting.
From 2020 it become one of the worst of its kind (maybe even from a few years before, but from this year it become the worst). Since I start to play 2012 - 2013, the community become every year worse, unfortunately it became worse the support players as well. In the last weeks I got 3 ban, of which the last one was permanent. All of them were without a reason, even though I have the file (log) with the discussions and the videos which is possible to download after any game, no one wanted to answer to my ticket.
In the file (log) they say I've been banned for flame and verbal abuse, when the one to be abused verbally and being flamed was me.
It seems that the report doesn't consider what happen during the game, but it consider only how many people report you, doesn't matter if is true the reason.
I've been abused verbally (flame, swears, racist speech, ecc.) in many games and even though I reported them (as I was the only one) they were not getting any penalty. Sometimes I found them in the next game and they kept flaming and insult me.
The only regrets I have are to have spent some money on a game where developers doesn't care about their players (at least not those abused) and have spent time on a game where who is insulted and flamed, is the one to get penalized.

LoL and TFT are insanely toxic games and Riot does nothing about it. You end up feeling worse after playing these games than before you played them.
Each time i play this game i'm remmembered why i stoped... why do i keep torturing myself...
Desync all over the place. Game is a roulette. Devs have iq of a fish. Do they test their games?!?!
They should simply apologize officially for what they released.... There is no skill level due to bad netcode.
Soon or later people will come to know who riot is and will pay the consequences.
Worst company ever....founded on false promises and a public relationship dept!!!
devs released a broken game (desync, hit reg probs, huge peekers advantage) and the worst part is that they are so proud and full of them selves!!!
Hope devs will get fired and this company will make

I got banned today for 1:30 hours. I left the game I got a 7day ban, and I emaild riot games. They do not care about their players. They told me that I still have to wait it out not to mention I spent money on my game wich was very expensive.
Dont know how to balance any game. Bought and owned by china. Every game that they are making now looks bad. I mean look at their card game. Look at tft. Look at valorant... good luck. This company is going under just like blizz. Like ubi. Like activision. Any person with a brain is staying far away... bahh go the sheep who play their games
Ueseless dev refusing to listen to players. You get matched with troll / afk / feeding player and Riot Games does nothing. They refuse to listen to the community (that is whats left of one) They have no idea on how to balance or punish trolls who ruin the game for everyone else. Avoid this dev because they only care about making money and refuse to look after the community that they have. They player support are useless as well. They try and make out everything is fine and wont listen to any bad feedback about the game League of Legends

This is the first time I'm ever reviewing the game, and the company that runs it,
I've been playing this game for 9 years, and it has always had it's toxic players like any community does, however when you report said toxic players, nothing happens to them, they continue into future games and ruin the experience for 1000's of others throughout the week. However riot makes up for this by making a mockery of the innocent players who report the rude and distasteful behavior of the toxic players by instead reviewing your passed 20 to 30 games with many toxic players who report you for, not feeding 10 kills in 7 minutes, not all inning 3 full health tanks (Leona, Amumu, Malphite) as an ADC ( attack damage carry), or for just ignoring them to avoid trouble, then proceed to BAN or SUSPEND the player who reported the arrogant and/or ignorant players that ruined the matches for them.
This lack of care for the players who don't do anything wrong is what the biggest problem with not only the community but the company who seems to actually encourage $#*!ty behavior from $#*!ty human beings.
I'm writing this review now because this isn't even the firs time this very thing has happened to me, this is now the 3rd or 4th time I've been reported by rude players after they had a bad game either against me or on my team, and after taking it out on myself as well as their own teammates report me for either not talking to them to add fuel to the fire, or telling them after they call me names, that they are a terrible teammate and that they are what's wrong with the community, you cannot step in $#*! worse by telling a toxic human being that they might just be wrong and should stop being such a jerk to people who don't deserve it, because they then report you on their main, alts, and get their friends to also report you in future games or right then and there.
The game is fun but the overwhelming lack of forethought and care for the small percent of the community that enjoys the game and tries to help others by giving them tips and being nice to them, is incredibly unprofessional on the companies part and is one of the main reasons hundreds of thousands of players have quit the game. If you play this game just MUTE the ALL CHAT and MUTE EVERY last one of your teammates, odds are they will spam pings and talk $#*!, then when you say one thing to them you get reported by 3 people and get suspended either in or just from logging into the game in general.
Immature, and usually when i have problems about the game, its just usslrss and never fix

Scam company, very biased and doesn't about the community, rather they ban and suspend players who help others and make the game more fun by adopting rolls they don't want to so that others can enjoy themselves, this is done by getting reported by toxic players who riot is more inclined to listen to and not listening even remotely to players who don't violent the terms of service.

Yes in the sense that they r an official company, but they are also scamming people every day. Their ranked system is rigged, they do monitor your internet activity as well as your downloads. They do rig matchmaking to make sure you do not pass thresholds that they have set. If you start streaming and u r descent, riot may give u a non-disclosure contract to allow you into diamond and beyond even. Gl
